1994 GTX won't start

I have tried evrything so far and I am sure I am missing something simple. I have checked the grounding, I have checked spark to plugs, I have checked fuses, fuel and oil lines, fuel filter, and battery. At this point the engine will turn over and if I put gas in the carburator the engine will start and run great, but soon as the fuel is gone it stops. If I look into the carburator should I see fuel when I turn it over? Any help would be great, I also checked the diaphram and there are no holes and there is no sediment buildup. Please help.

Jeff I forget your history of the seadoo... Did the carburetors get cleaned properly? And have you replaced the Gray hoses with new fuel lines?
It definitely sounds like fuel problems.

I checked the fuel line, I blew through them and they are clean, as far as cleaning the carburator, what would be the best way? I am lost as far as that goes, but we are trying to go out tomorrow and I am running out of time. One question, does the baffle have a pump in it and if I disconnect a fuel line and turn over the engine, should I get fuel out? Also, I removed the grey line coming from the bottom of the engine and when I turned it over there was oil and I think alittle fuel coming out.
 
have you tried cleaning the small fuel filters in the carbs? Maybe your fuel selector is clogged.If neither of these work it may be the fuel pump in the carb.
 
There is no fuel pump in the baffle. The Carburetor has a diaphragm in it to pump fuel from the pulse line off the engine. The gray lines are the problems. It sounds like you need to remove the carburetors and clean them. If you're careful and don't tear or damage the diaphragms you won't need to buy a rebuild kit. Pay attention to the internal filters too. If you have gray fuel lines you need to replace them with black fuel lines available from auto parts stores like Auto Zone. Measure the length you need and bring a sample with you so you get the correct size. Replace one at a time so you don’t get them mixed up. If you need clamps replace them too. Use small stainless steel clamps also from the auto parts store.
Do you have a seadoo shop manual? If not here’s an idea for you. You could join as a "premium member". As a premium member you can down load a authentic seadoo manual from the seadoo manual library. In the library is a variety of manuals for almost all years and models. You can view as many as you like on line as a PDF file, or download it and print it for your personal and private use. There are operator manuals and repair manuals for you to do your own repairs on your seadoo. The repair manuals have everything from troubleshooting, repair procedures to winterizing. It contains wire diagrams torque specs and pictures for disassemble and assemble instructions. In the spec sheets it tells everything needed to maintain oil changes, spark plug gaps, carburetor rebuilds and impeller wear ring tolerances. I checked the fuel filter in the carb, I will replace the fuel lines and see if that works, we can only hope. I do have the Tune-up and repair manual, just could not find anything exactly. I will let you know.
