What engine does a GTS from '94 have and what would happen if I bought an '01 GTX-DI hull and tried to put the GTS's engine in it? would it work? or should I just try and find a new engine for the '01.. how much would an '01 engine Cost?

You would have a major project on your hands if you tried to install the 01 GTX-DI in the 94 GTS. Try" www.sbtontheweb "and see what they charge for a re-manufactured engine. I believe they are under $1000.00...give it a look see.
