I have a 1993 xp seadoo..what are the low and high flow needles supposed to be set at..also..it starts cold sometimes have to work throttle to start..and after its warm and runs good..after turn off and sitting for 5 -10 minutes won't restart? and you can sometimes smell fuel..plugs black..seems to flood itself out..any ?'s thank you
