1993 XP twin carb

Came across this ski pretty cheap
carbs are rebuilt.
150 compression in both cylinders.
New fuel and oil lines lines.
Problem: no spark.
Checked all connections, grounds, fuses, new battery.
Dont have equipment to test ignition per manual.
Read one thread that suggested disconnecting the rev limiter but can't locate "reb/black wire.
Any suggestions are greatly welcome.
A line on any needed parts would help also.

Its in the grey E-box. at rear of box is a lever to pull back to release the box from the floor shoe. Remove battery to get room to wriggle it out and up to top of magneto where ya can open it. Could be moisture or loose connection in there.
Check fuses and Air chuck any water out. Insure your new battery is charged to above 12.6v.
red/black is from the 27800305 module. You could send the module to minnetonka4me to test/replace.
