I have a 1993 Seadoo XP with a 657 Rotax engine. There has been no major changes, except having to route around an electrical wiring issue, but need to know the carb settings for the low speed and high speed needle. The plastic caps are gone, and looks as if they have been adjusted before I got machine. I just had the carbs off, and rotary valve cover, checked the timing and set it all correct, and cleaned out the carbs, and reinstalled. What a pain, I will have to patent the special wrenches I made to get those nuts off, worked really slick. Anyway, was very difficult to start before I tore it apart, and want to set them close to basic. Still have 140 pounds compression per cylinder. Need help with the settings for those needles. Thanks for any help that can be provided.
