I have tested the VTS motor by connecting it to a battery in my garage. The Motor will spin both ways when i change the current. I have used a voltmeter to test whether or not the switches close when i use the up and down buttons for the VTS and they open and close respectively. I have also tested the current that runs to the motor when the ski is running and found that the current reads 13.92 volts when i push the buttons but when i actually attach the VTS motor the motor will spin down only when i push the throttle to about 4,ooo rpm and the motor will not spin up at all. Anyone have any ideas?
