1993 seadoo gts overheating

No it shuts down on it's own.After a few minutes it will start back up with a long beep.THe more throttle the beeping goes away
 
As said above the sensor will not shut the engine off but if it is getting too hot it will seize.
Are you sure you have good water flow? Clogged hoses, water jackets or bad impeller and wear ring will limit water flow.
I would also check compression because if it seizing from overheating the engine could be damaged already.
 
Water is coming out of the pee holes with a pretty good stream. I have taken every hose that I can see and ran wire through. This all occurred after a brief run in with seaweed. But their is no signs of it anywhere. I am totally stomped
