1993 GTX started but running rich

My 1993 GTX sat for 5 yrs so I had it gone through and had almost everything replaced. Took it out on the lake yesterday and it fired right up. It did seem to be running rich though. After a couple of hours I was taking it back in and it kept wanting to stall, I had to rev it to keep it going and get it on the trailer. Today.. It won't start! The plugs were fouled so we replaced them but they don't seem to be sparking...

I've really been looking forward to getting out and enjoying it during my much needed vacation!

Okay, my mistake. The plugs are sparking but not firing..

If the plugs are sparking,,then the ignition is firing.

I meant it's not "firing up", starting. I should have been more clear.

If you have a good spark,,,(and a good load tested battery),,,and good compression,,then the culprit usually is carburation/fuel depravation.
