Edit: more digging in the Shop manual shows the hoses and bailers diagramed in the Body/Hull section but no info on what this hose it. I added the diagram I found. Arrow points to what I believe is the hose I am trying to ID. Looks to run to the battery which makes no sense to me.

Going over the ski before I take it for its first water test this weekend and I found a hose running under the engine up by the battery tray that is not connected to anything. If I follow it back it is tied up high under the seat latch with the hose from the bailers that attach to the through hull fitting and connected to an elbow at the top.
The shop manual is no help with this one as I can't even find a section on the bailers. IS there a 3rd bailer under the gas tank? What should this attach too? Lots of newbie questions but don't want my first trip out of the summer to be catestrophic if I can help it. That could be the line that connected to the old style batteries that allowed it to vent outside of the engine bay. I deleted mine since the newer batteries don't require it.

Correct, that is the battery vent to get rid of the explosive hydrogen gas in a flooded battery.

Note: I hope you are not running that with the oil pump sitting in the bottom of the hull.

No I it was converted to premox by the previous owner and I am going to remove and block off the one hose still connected to it.
I am thinking at some point I may switch back to oil injection eventually
