1992 seadoo sp trouble starting

It takes a long time before my seadoo starts, but once started and warmed up it starts fine. When it sits for a few hours, it has to be cranked a long time before it starts. Once in a great while, after sitting over night at the dock, it will fire up right away. Most of the time after sitting overnight it has to be cranked continuously until it starts. What is the problem here?

My jetski has the same problem.. start off with, whats compression? plugs good? Still have grey fuel lines? replace them with black ones... If all that is good and stil hard, install a primer kit
