1991 seadoo sp 583 oil leak

Have had Oil leak into the Bottom of the seadoo that is fresh oil. I found where it’s leaking it not off any of the main grommets or seals on the oil tank. It’s coming from the main oil line where it connects to the bottom engine. Wondering what’s the easiest way to try and fix the leak or replace the line and fix the leak. Hard to get any tools down there. Image below

Typically the hose clamp will cut the hose. If you think the hose is long enough you can just cut it back and reattach.
