1800 challenger pulling left

I was wondering on the two nozzles of the challenger, are they sapose to be adjusted square with each other or is there like a "toe in" where they point towards each other a little bit?
Mine is pulling pretty hard to the left and turn on a dime to the left, but won't hardly spin out to the right?

According to the service manual for the 98 Challenger 1800, they should be parallel to each other. I am sure yours is the same.
When the steering wheel is straight, the nozzles should be squarley facing straight.
