12v Low

own (2) 2001 SeaDoo GTX-DI's, today one started with Maintenance light on and 12 V Low readout? maintenance light keeps flashing, watercraft will not get up over 20 MPH, seems to be in Limp mode possibly? anyone have any suggestions please help, thanks much.

Charging system....

You need to get a voltmeter and see how much charge you have going to the battery when your running........you should be greater than 14 vdc.....:cheers:

Check the Voltage Regulator/Rectifier. My 2001 GTX DI was doing the exact same thing and replacing this fixed the problem. Good Luck!
