Hi does any of you have badluck with new generation supercharged. On my 2010 challenger i need to rebuilt it already with only 10 hours on the meter. Good thing its still warranty until 2015. Is there anything specific i can do to make it last longer ???

nothing you can do, but you may have just gotten a bad one. It happens from time to time, just like on cars. You can have 100 of the same car/truck be great, and then there'll be that one that just crapped the bed from the get go. Hopefully your problems will end with the charger rebuild. Good luck

WOW 10 hrs?!?!?, Is supposed to be 200 hrs. I have 11 hrs on my 2012 and no issues so far!

I have 75 hours on my 2009 180SE with no supercharger problems. It is under warranty until April 2015. I probably will not yet have 200 hrs on it by then, however I hope it will make it to 200 hrs or more without failing.

Hah, I have an 08 Speedster 150 and the SC washers went in the first month at 11 hours and were replaced by the dealer. Now at 45 hours, a SC bearing went bad, causing the shaft to kick sideways and wipe out the SC impeller and housing and the gear on the crank that spins it. On top of that, my oil is glittery from the metal and my intake has some aluminum chips and such in it from the SC. So now with only 45 hours on it, I had to yank the motor and am going to have to tear it down to inspect and repair any damage that may be there.

Edit- didn't know how old or new the "new gen" supercharger was.
