2009 speedster 150 upgrade stereo

I have a 09 150 speedster 255hp. I want to upgrade the stereo and have lots of questions. I am thinking of running a 5 channel amp from MTX to power 4 speakers and 1 10" sub. Also would like to put wakeboard tower speaker on.

Questions:
1. Where can I mount the 10" sub and does it need to be a shallow mount
2. Where can I mount the amp. The MTX one is 15" long. Also MB Quartz has one that is 20" long
3. What speakers should I use for the 6.5". Familiar with Polk, JL and Memphis. Want some to go into existing holes in between back seats that will fit.
4. The other 2 6.5 speaker should go where in the boat?
5. Will I be OK with current battery?
6. Tower Speakers Mounting. Any suggestions of mounting or brand?

Thanks for all your help. Just trying to narrow down my decisions. Any pictures would help.

Moved to boating section...should help you get attention to your thread.

I don't have answers to all your questions. In fact I have some of the same questions. To answer question 3, I bought a pair of Polk Audio MM651 speakers to go between the seats and on the waketower. These are 6.5 inch speakers. They fit the cut-out holes between the seats but the mounting holes do NOT line up with the pre-existing holes. The Polk MM651 speaker mount holes barely catch the edge of the cut-out holes. A 7" speaker would probably fit better, but I like the Polk Audio speakers. To mount the Polks in the existing hole, my son is 3-D printing at school (yes printing) a plastic adapter plate that will mount on the backside of the cut-out hole. The speaker mounting screws will tap into the adapter plate on the backside of the the hole instead of the fiberglass deck.
To answer question 6, I went with polished aluminum speaker cans sold on Ebay like the one boarding007 is selling (no affiliation). The speaker wire runs through the mounting bracket so they are hidden in the tower itself. The Polk Audio MM651 fit perfectly and there is even a mount for the crossover in each can. Hope this helps a little.
