08 Challenger 180 Tower knobs shake loose

Recently the tower knobs on one side have started to shake loose causing the supporting arm to fall. Luckily it is only happening on one side so the tower stayed up. Anyone else seen/had this issue? It's the factory tower. The pic shows the parts. I don't know if I should order new factory knobs or just go to home depot and get something long enough to lock on both sides.

I suggest you go to any automotive store and get some Thread lock liquid and apply it to the threads of the knobs. They will only come off when you apply a bit of pressure to un-screw them.
