05 speedster 200 fuses

Can anyone tell me what the (2) fuseable links (15 & 30A) are for near the battery and starter solenoid under the rear seat?

I posted about one of these today, I didnt look them up yet but the 15 seems to be the fuel pump and if it comes loose, you engine wont start, you wont get starting beeps and the tach wont work...

Pretty friggin stupid to hang unlabeled fuses off a wireharness!! especially ones that will leave you dead in the water!
