05 RXP water in oil issue

I am looking at a 05 rxp and a couple things need to be addressed
1. starts right up but the oil clearly has water in it. So how can I check to see if its the head gasket or if the ski was just flipped? Compression test? or what else can it be?

2. the ski when rev the hi temp beeps?

it has a stage 2 kit and it was sold to a 52 year old and he rode it for 3 months and now it has sat for 4 months and when they went to use it the temp beep started.

they want 2600 with trailer
please help asap

even when flipped, it shouldn't get water in the oil. I suspect head gasket issue but could be other places as well. you can do a pressure test on the cooling system. you should also do a compression test, a leak down test, and a supercharger slip test, but for that price, I'd buy it and fix it and you'll be fine.
