Yesterday I used my seadoo but before I did, I changed the spark plugs but when I used it it was having a misfire, when the seats are on and I hit the throttle it doesn't respond it goes slow and all of a sudden it hits the speed and then speed goes down again even with I accelerate it all the way. But when I take the seats off it runs just fine at the right speed but I noticed some smoke coming from inside.

It sounds like you have an exhaust leak, you probably also have a water leak with the exhaust, it shouldn't be hard to find.
