03 Sportster 155 4TEC tach alerts and beep not working

03 Sportster 155 4TEC tach alerts and beep not working, any idea why they would bump like this? Anybody know where the grounds are for the ECU and gauges so I can check them? A lot of work was done to restore this and it's in good shape but some wires might've been cut. See video below:

The grounds are at the lower left(port) side of the front of the engine...there may be 1...or there may be 3 of them...all securred with 10 mm bolts.

I found 3 and one might be a little corroded. Talk about crappy access! I'll clean them up tomorrow
