03 Gtx Supercharger ???

Looking at buying one and new to this whole thing. I have read about rebuilding the s/c but when should it be done?? Can you tell if has been done??Hoe much to do . The ski has 200 hrs and looks good.

Id rebuild it you never know. Its good to start out fresh.
