I was riding 2 weekends ago out on the lake jumped a wave i heard some Clunk and it died, Wouldnt start back up wouldnt even turn over like the batery was dead, got back to shore and it would turn over but would not start acting like it wasnt getting gas, pulled it out of the water sprayed a little starting fluid in it it started for about 30 seconds then died now it wont turn over at all and the starter just clicks i cant turn the impeller spark plugs are sparking full of gas and oil I have no clue what to do any ideas any one has would be great ive thought it might be the starter jamming the enginge but thats a wild guess

I would loosen the 2 clamps on the rear of the engine and slide the black boot back that is on the shaft. Take the spark plugs out and turn the engine over counter clockwise if you can. That will tell you if the engine is seized up or not. If it turns over by hand pull the starter, and check it out.
Let me know how you make out.

the black boot in front of the gas tank or behind i can barely move the one behind like its on a spring

The one behind the engine. It covers the Jet Pump shaft. I would pull the starter... if it is still like that it might have been seized up. It should spin free. Next thing is pull off the heads and look inside for damage.

You can try...its easier to turn the engine from under the boot, even if you have to use a pipe wrench. Just be carefull and watch your hands and don't damage the Hull.

wont buge at all even with some vicegrips could the starter lock the engine??? ive had the ski for 3 and half years no engine problems at all i cant see why it would all the sudden lock up on me

It might be the starter that is in the out position of the Bendix. Pull it and see if it helps...then the heads it might be seized up. Lack of oil or water inside, something caused it to be tight. You might get lucky...and it's just the end of the starter all corroded.
