02 gtx di low voltage

2002 GTX WITH DI, has had new stator,rectifier and battery continues to produce less than 13 volts max. Any Ideas?

It's a simple charging system. Check each part... starting with the stator. I'm sure you will find a loose or shorted wire somewhere. On my Polaris... one of the plugs had a corroded wire in it. I only found it, because I started checking EVERY wire. I had the same problem... all the parts were good... but it wasn't charging.

Ty, I had hoped someone had seen a pattern failure like this before. This is one of those watercraft that has everything burried and hard to reach...:-( .
