02 Challenger X20 wont accelerate.

new to the forum
Has any one out there had a problem with the M2 240hp bogging as it tries to accelerate out. It idles fine and when i first launch it will operate normally then after a short time will start to bog.
I changed the plugs that were fouled but this made no difference. Almost as if its over choking
Any help appreciated

No like I said it runs fine when cold for a minute or two then as soon as you idle down it wont run out again and fouls plugs.Its like it choking
