Are you talking about the ones at your pump that keep water out of the steering and bucket cables? If so they Marc parts called "bellows" head over to boats.net and plug in your pump or motor SN# to find the right ones.

These are the part numbers I use for MY boat:
877581A5
877581A4

But double check if they will work for your pump. Or at the very least it will give you a starting point to find yours.
