01 Islandia 240 EFI w/ oil by pass

I had this boat for 6 years now when I got it it was freshly converted and honestly I have not had a single problem with it still running semi well or what I think is well
literally have not done much maintenance besides spark plugs and wires last 2 years it sat since we had a baby and preggo wife not fond of going on the boat at the time being, now my baby is 1 and I got it running no problem at all fresh gas plugs battery and there it was. now the driver assist is not working I noticed it came lose from the motor side any trick on how to get in there I seen its a plastic holder that I found on ebay I am noticing a lil power loss specially with more people on the boat with my wife and 2 kids we barely get to 30mph I'm sure need to replace a few items but not sure were to start since I see here people get close to 50 with this type of engine on this boat

can you guys guide me thru a check list of some sort

I'm considering a jet rebuild from maverickwatersports.com for my 01 Utopia.

How does the boat run at WOT w/o anyone in the boat?

My Utopia struggles in rough water with a full crew (30-35 mph) but by myself I'm still hitting 5900 RPMs and 50 mph.

I regularly use either Sea Foam or Quickleen to keep the motor clean on the inside.

the best I seen on wot by myself is 38-40 mph

I do struggle with 6 to 8 people but I wish I get 30s on that I get mid 20s with a crew about 20 maybe in rough water

Check throttle plates. Are they opening all the way? Fuel pressure? Compression?

What is the condition of the impeller and wear ring? Next to the engine, those are the most relevant to performance.
