Ski ran fine on Friday. Now wont start. So far ive rechecked rotary timing, replaced map and tps and plugs.
What it does is crank and then fire 1 time but wont start. I do have candoo which shows no codes.
What it does tell me is that at wot the tps only goes to 80%. Also if i hold it at wot it does not go into clear flood mode. What could i be missing here? Im thinking that whats causing the incorrect tps reading is causing my running issues.

You're better than me with the Candoo. :) I have not fixed a RFI using the Candoo. Basic troubleshooting gets it done.
Make sure your battery is in very good condition with a good charge.
Did you check fuel pressure? How long has it been since you have replaced the filters in the fuel canister? Open up the computer box and make sure it isn't wet in there.

The TPS won't stop the ski from running. I have found that you can unplug all the stuff on the throttle body and the ski will run.

I haven't checked fuel pressure yet. Just seems odd how it just stopped. Spraying starting fluid in doesn't help. Your saying it will start with everything unplugged from the throttle body?

I've never had starting fluid help a RFI. If the engine is flooded with water and I'm trying to get it running I'll put a 1/2 cap in the spark plug hole. If it quit running it is for a reason. Best to eliminate the simple stuff that solves many problems. Low Battery or bad Battery is number one check. Spark is number 2 and Fuel pressure is number three. That's just for starters. Download the manual, get a multi-meter and start checking the components on plug number 4. Good Luck !!
