Guy need some help here I have a 2003 seadoo gti le rfi, its fouling plugs every 15 min I put new plugs in runs fine and then 15min later bogs out again and struggling to start, pull plugs and they are black and slightly wet any help is much appreciated

Ok I'm stumped, I'm also new here and hoping for some help. Heres what I've got so far Rough and wants to bog out on warm up 3000-4500 rpm surging WOT goes like hell, getting just under 7000 rpm Choppy throttle response just seems to want to be wide open I've looked for leaks in the lines...
