Is there something you could put in cooling system in 1999 Sea Doo GTI to clean and unblock system. Where would you add it.

No water seems to be coming out of pisser (discharge hole on back of Sea Doo) I have a 1999 Sea Doo GTI. Could there be a blockage or air pocket.
