The hull is a 96. The motor is a 587 " white " with twin carbs. It has either been cobbled together or the motor is from 92ish. There was a year that the 587 cane with twin carbs. I wanted to pull them and go thru them to make sure they are jetted right before I spent the money on a single set up

It's my understanding that seadoo did put twin carbs on the 587 in the early 90's. Can anyone tell me the jet size?

Can someone point me in the right direction as to how to remove the carbs. They are twins. I can't seem to get any type of wrench on the bolts to remove them from the intake.

Thank you. I will look into just taking them off and inspecting them. My problem is trying to figure out to to remove them. It looks as if there is no way to get a wrench to remove the nuts from the base of the carbs...

It will be a few days before I can get my hands on a compression gauge.i rode the ski today and when you get it going it goes good. Not the fastest thing on the water but it ran great once it was going. I figured it was just getting too much fuel for such a small motor. I'm going to put it back...
