New to this but saw your forums, I was told that 1 of my 2 97 SPX's that where given to me in place of long owed dept needs a starter. the one that was on it can not be rebuilt. I also need a yellow seat for 1 and grips and yellow bar covers for both. Any help would be great. Thanks Jim

My name is Jim I was given 2 SPX's in lu of money owed to me. 1 96 and 1 97 plus a LiL Rider Trailer. Don't know a whole lot about jetski's so I started searching and found this forum. Seems to have alot of info and glad to be here.

Where would you find the ident tag on a 96 spx?

Also need a starter for 1, batteries, and grips for both. Gas gauges on both have water in them. I was told by several people that they run but 1 needs a starter. Jim

I was just given a 96 and 97 SPX and trailer. One needs a starter, seat cover and deck patches plus batteries. Need help on how to replace starter. I was told that both run except for starter. Also need new grips on both and each has water in fuel gauge. And is there any way to get color back...
