After you fixed the connector, TJw_887 - once you fixed the pin in your connector, did it then start running right, and the warnings clear on their own, or did you have to do something else with the MPEM ?

I also checked the compression, Compression was about 100 psi on both cylinders, (seems fair enough)

Since you say all looks and sounds good, but no speed, it makes me think the engine is running OK, but the propulsion train is bad.
