OK - finally had a chance to hook up a voltmeter. Ski off 11.6V - start the ski and it still reads 11.5 give or take. No change whatsoever in the volts. Where can I find a magneto plug tool? If it is the stator how difficult is it to replace and what do they cost? Thanks!!

OK - checked compression. 140 on one cylinder and 135 on the other. Also, I have been using the gas shutoff - not sure if previous owner ever did. Thanks!

Haven't checked compression yet. Plan on doing that this week. It does have gray fuel lines.
