kinda sorta. the starter is under the exhaust and engine so you already know what has to come OUT to do that. but we stuck a torque wrench and kinda banged on the starter, it did nothing. but theres no electrical current going TO the starter. im thinking maybe a fuse? and the engie isnt seized...
