answer maybe... I don't know if you are still looking, but I was able to purchase this relay, the only way is to buy the entire section of harness, includes positive battery connection, solenoid connection, fuses, and that friggin cut off relay. I smoked a couple of store bought relays...

Sorry for the delay... Troubleshot the DESS post this morning, unfortunately it is working fine. Looks like it may be the module. I need to find the troubleshooting guide for it. Any other ideas, I'm all ears...
