    Thanks, I will try tomorrow and do what you said. I did pop the cover of the rear electrical box that holds the starter relay and it was full of water. I jumped this relay and the ski did turn over.

    I have a 96 XP that I just rebuilt the carbs, when I installed that carbe I turned it over once and then on the 2nd try it would not turn over and there is no power on any of the gauges. It is like the key just quit working. Any ideas on what might have happened?

    Thanks for the info SCOOPER77515, I am sure that I have all of the lines ran correctly, however I am not so sure about having them all as tight as they should be. I will check this first thing tomorrow and try with the 40:1 mix. Thanks again.

    Thanks for the info, I will be sure not to use starting fluid again. I have been trying to get this running more tonight and I have been able to get it fired up and it will run for a few seconds then it acts like it runs out of fuel again.

    96 xp throttle cable will not release

    Thanks for the help, I plan to pull the carbs tonight anyway, The ski will hardly run now. I am changing out the gray lines and cleaing the carbs tonight.

    96 xp throttle cable will not release

    I have a 96 seadoo that when ever I give it throttle the cable is very slow to release and sometimes gets stuck wide open. Has anyone had this problem before? Or do you have any suggestions as to where I should start looking? Thanks for any advice you might have!!
