Ok guys, the doo was dying, not running at full throttle(no power), bogging down, etc. I have replaced and gapped the plugs, rebuilt both carbs, replaced all of the lines, cleaned the fuel selector(even tried bypassing), and I am still having the same issues.... Any other ideas? I dont think...

We are dealing with a fuel related issue. I have worked on all kinds of engines, but not a pwc. I have a feeling it is a fuel issue. When we first bought it the test drive when flawless. It was running like a champ. We took it to the lake a few weeks later, and it wouldn't keep itself running...
