    Hi Mikidymac, 1st sorry for misspelling your avatar, was going off memory. You are right the engine is a 717 (not 787), and it is from a 2001 Seadoo GTI. I had the same thought process and did not double up on any gaskets, hence the left over ones. I am now waiting for the 60 psi graduated hand...

    The engine is a 787, single carb, genuine Mikuni kit. By fuel pump I am assuming you're referring to the check valves and clear membrane which also replaced.

    I am trying to rebuild this carb and I am a little confused as to how to take off this hi soeed jet screw. It seems it has a stopper and has a limited range of motion. Please see attached pictures. Thank you in advance.
