No I never did. I ended up selling it. The last straw was one day I was working on it and was going to try start it after installing something and motor was hyro locked. Pulled sark plug and spitted crazy amount of oil out spark plug holes. Waited a day and did same thing. Crank seal were gone...

My 97xp with 787 will do 54mph top speed and I think that is normal. New prop and wear ring 150 psi in each cylinder.

Mine would move but when I pushed the button but only one way. My one relay was stuck telling ecu it was at the end of travel when it wasn't.

Does VTS only move one way. You can test VTS motor with battery to see if it moves. I bought the trim fix and works good. Mine was relay that shut off motor that was not letting motor run one way.

My 97 xp has done this also the whole time I have owned it which also kinda worried me. I un hook my battery if I know I am not using ski for a couple weeks. But if I leave battery hooked up it doesn't seem to kill battery.

That a cheap compression tester do not trust it. Get a good compression tester it does help diagnose some problems. They are all even so I would guess it ok.

Took needle and seat out and put needle under magnifying glass and sure enough there a ring around it. happen to have new o-ring for seat and put it and tested again. Pop at 37psi stop at 29psi but bubbles coming up around needle so it needs a new needle still.

So I took apart my mag carb and everything looked great actually like new and is genuine mikinuni kit in it. I did try a pop off test before taking it apart and was 36 psi but was kinda slipping on way up and would lose pressure fast after pop. Notice when I took needle out some very very small...

Just tested carb and pump is working was squirting fuel on both carbs. Used my home made pop off tester made from bicycle shock pump and mag carb pops at 25 psi. Going to check pro carb tonight. Thanks for help. Can defiantly hear seat leaking the reason I took carbs off under pressure.

Ok will check to make sure accelerator pump is working before taking carbs off. If it is working will leave alone. I did order a OSD back to stock carb rebuild kit wit a diaphrgam for pump. With OSD kit do i use stock spring for pop off or one that comes in kit. Thanks.

Sounds like what my 97 xp ran like with rave not opening correctly. Did you tighten cap inside rave valve with a wrench or buy hand. You could have gone to far with a wrench that is why mine did not work right.

Wonder if there is a gasket or seals that could leak on fuel selector. How about rave valves are they been apart or cleaned function. I had bellow go on rave valve and was hard to get motor to rev up. Usually if below goes you will see oil residue around them. Plugs do not look bad. Starts...
