Update 3. The hoses being wrong seems to have been the issue. The starboard motor hose was hooked up to the vent line and with low gas it could no longer create a vacuum to suck up fuel. So I think I am finally ready for it to run. Gonna give it a good run tomorrow for a fee hours to really put...

Update 2. So I think I may have found the issue. The lines on the fuel baffle were wrong I believe. The starboard engine was on the vent line. So I swapped those around and it fired right up. Time for a water test.

Update 1. So I went from the main line out of the tank to the fuel filter to the motor and no luck. I then went from the fuel filter directly into a gallon of gas and it fired right up. So I have no idea. Could it be the extension in the tank? The hose into the tank look clear. I will try...

I am wondering if I can take the res line to the fuel filter? I have some worry about crap in my tank and don’t want it to go into the carb.

When I swapped the lines around this is what came out into the filter. I’m wondering if I should be sucking out the remaining fuel and try to clean out the tank.

Update for everyone. New fuel filters in and that seems to be helping. But still high revving for idle. So still needs carbs redone. Also I am looking at my rave. Where should the red thing be set? I have seen other pages that say it should be flush.

Figured it out. Blown fuse in the mpep box.

Oops forgot to also say. When I installed the battery it was backwards. My error. So the red was on black and black on red for about 10 seconds before I saw it. I’m sure I blew a fuse somewhere. Just looking for guidance on how to start figuring it out. I am horrible at electrical. Again. Thanks.

Thanks. The lines look almost brand new besides some surface gunk on the lines up by the selector switches. So I might just leave them alone entirely.

I am having the hardest time finding 2mm or 3/32 hose. I can’t seem to locate it anywhere. Do you have a link for that size? I am not seeing it in fuel or oil line. Seadoo part house listed 8mm and 12mm for the oil lines. Sorry I don’t have access to the boat right now or I would go check in person.
