Put 2018 spark in the water, in sport mode it had similar acceleration to touring mode. In either mode top speed is 34. Just put new wear ring in and did not change anything. No strange sounds or other things out of the ordinary. First ride of 2023.

thanks for the reply. Quick update, both the batteries were bad. The machines were only used a season and half and the 3up wasn't having battery issues. I replaced both batteries and started right up. I bought Duracell batteries at Batteries Plus, two year free replacement if they go bad...
