Have you tried feathering the throttle while starting it? If you have the idle set correctly and can not start it with the choke or by feathering the throttle than you still have an underlying issue.

You likely need to adjust the idle screw. This holds open the throttle linkage and allows you to set the idle wherever you want. Plugs likely have assembly lube or oil from the rebuild on them. Running the ski should clear this up.

I havent tried jumping the temp sensor wires but I have jumped the oil sensor wires before in an attempt to diagnose it. Jumping the wires did not shut off the light. Hence the creation of this post. I believe the failure is internal on the pcb of the multigauge. Pretty frustrating...if I could...

Theres a solid chance the lines just need to be primed. Disconnect the feed or return hose at the carburator and blow into it. Quickly move your finger over the end of the hose and hold it for a few seconds. Then quickly reconnect the hose onto the barb. Be careful because the lines will now be...

That honestly looks like it would work well so long as i could fish it under the mounting tray. Have you had luck with those straps for securing your Ebox?

The more I think about it the bungee does seem to be the better of the 2 ideas. Simpler and more Fail proof. Just have to decide wether to run it across the box or front to back. Still hoping someone who has fixed this before will chime in.

Are you referring to oil in the Crank case itself of inside the counterbalance? If you're having that amount of oil pooling in the crank than you have a larger issue. The oil pump should not be supplying that much.
