Went to work on my xp since my parts came in. The very last bolt I was tightening and of course my luck the bolt kept spinning and not pulling. Pulled the bolt and it had some metal around the threads. I figure the threads on that side of the intake are jacked. Any idea how to fix it? Longer...

I got my carbs off and gave them a good cleaning. No goo in sit. Filters are little dirty but now clean. The one hurdle I still have is getting these bolts off. The other side pushes right out but these won't budge. I've sprayed pb blaster, wd40 but no luck. The good bolt spins somewhat...

Just got a 95 xp w trailer. Restoring faded color already, soaking the pad and just cleaning it up for a nice buff. Changing out the fuel lines (grey ones) and just tuning it. Need 2 gauges to change and should be ready to go. SO I'm keeping busy.
