Just wondering if anyone is riding with the Solas intake grate on their ski? Do you like it? I've installed the 11/19 Solas impeller and Solas grate in my 05 GTX wake along with the OPAS shims/ bushings. I've also adjusted the OPAS rudders in as tight as i can and epoxied the ride plate bolt...

Talked to a marine mechanic and small engine guy that worked on Polaris skis today. Told them about my vibration/ noise issue. Apparently Polaris skis would do the same thing when the pump and drive shaft were out of phase... I didn't see any match marks when I rebuilt it...any ideas anyone...

Checked my jetpump (05 GTX WAKE) to find alot of wear on one side and slightly less on the other side, but with no wear top and bottom....? Looks like grey marks in teflon were the impeller was rubbing, but it seems tight on the shaft and the bearing grease is water free. Anyone run across this...
