should i be able to blow air through the main fuel input on the carb (951) or should it be closed off and restricted. i have problems that if i let it sit all the fuel in the line just runs into the carb.

So the idle js 1400 out of water and changing the idle screw doesnt change anything. Im thinking this is an issue with the carbs being out of sync or one cylinder isn't firing during idle. You can get it to rev up high.

This hose clamp keeps coming loose causing the carbon part if the seal to go back into the rubber part Like this How do i stop this from coming loose or can i put something else on it?
