I removed the two hose that attach to the water reg valve. Does the hose that goes to the engine inlet with the t go to the top or bottom fitting of the reg? Thanks I usually take pics but did not this time.

I finally got the pump (had a cracked one) and a new Solas 15/20 impeller on my 99 GTX Limited. I see 6490 RPM and indicated 55 mph(dreamometer) on pretty smooth but not flat water. Is this normal or should it go faster?
