Ok, so i put the pumps back on yesterday and the boats exactly the same :S Can you switch the pumps over to try to elimate the problem??

mmm.... Thats slightly worrying! The new one just slid straight over the top right in place. I will be installing them saturday so will let you know what happens :) I checked the other one while i was there, and its the same, but its running fine :S

Thanks for the information!! Anyone know why the wear ring would just slide out of the housing without taking the impeller off? Is that normal? Cheers
