Long beep would be key not recognized. Could be a DESS post issue. Usually it starts intermittently then in the end no more beep at all. Also, the engine can stall suddenly with a bad post. It is not hard to replace.

It should not block at all. It should move as freely as in forward. I suspect something is wrong with your ibr system. Check all bolts as there has been issues with it on the 2018 models (mine was fine).

Not sure but I think not. Candoo supports programming of older keys only. I remember reading something about that. My ski is stored for winter so I am not going to test that now (I have a candoo).
