I have a hard time spending the money but I know that it will just come around and bite me if I cheap out. In the end I have about 5500 sunk into my challenger that including the purchase price. With a selling price of 7000-7500 I didn't mind spending the money.

No gasket is reusable

They aren't rubber but they are the thicker one you are referring to. You can use a regular carb gasket (Thin one from the Mikuni kits) it won't hurt anything

On what? If your referring to the gauge surrounding, glove box, steering wheel center and side grab rails I used PPG automotive paint. I shot everything with bulldog adhesion promotor then shot a base and clear

The gauge surrounding was a smooth surface and the glove box was covered in marine vinyl. Once the vinyl was removed it was smooth. All pieces were originally maroon
