That's the inner plastic sleeve of the wear ring that has let loose from the white outer shell. You need a new wear ring

All of my 14' Seadoo boats have had this style scupper. Even when they are new they still seem to seep a bit of water, so I use a ProGrip plug in the cockpit drain when the boat is just floating. Works great

Your inner crank seals are leaking. Crank it over without the plugs until it stops spraying oil. Throw new plugs in and see if it will fire. If it does, it will smoke like crazy.

Check if the original grey fuel lines have been replaced with new black fuel lines. If they are the original lines, I wouldn't ride either until they are replaced and the carbs are rebuilt. You run the risk of ruining your motors

First thing you need to do is test compression with another gauge. Perfect is 150psi. If it's honestly 100psi, your motor needs a rebuild. Hoping your gauge is inaccurate
